G & B: Opportunity

Changes in our Dallas showroom have brought about new opportunities to our little company.  The Madeline Wells showroom has closed its doors in Dallas, and with this, Glitter & Bliss has found a new home in the Dallas Trade Mart.  We will soon be featuring our line of products in the Daniel Richards showroom in both Dallas and Atlanta.  Yes, I did type Atlanta too.

Atlanta is a big step for us, but one that we feel we are ready to take. Conquering this large market has been one of our dreams/goals for quite a while, but I must admit, it is a bit scary.  We feel so blessed for the opportunity Daniel Richards has given us, but with that, sleepless nights are here yet again.  I have to say that some of our best ideas have been born in the wee hours, so I am ok with it.  I think….  Thank goodness for Starbucks.  Our line will be changing some, but we will continue to showcase our crystal jewelry, glittered frames, and French inspired home accents.   We also plan to add some seasonal things for the upcoming shows.  This too has been a dream/goal of ours.

 

Another pressing goal is to find a “home” for Glitter & Bliss.  We have been looking for a space to rent for some time, but simply haven’t found the right fit for us.  Sis and I looked at a few locations over the weekend, and I plan to venture out and view more locations today.  I would like to make a decision and sign a contract on a space by the end of the week. 

Whewww.. 

We need a place where we can get inspired, get creative, get organized, get messy(glitter), get anxious (it tends to happen to us all from time to time),and get busy producing orders.

BONBONNIERE-Tulsa

 

Laurel and I stopped by a friend’s store today called Bonbonniere.  If you are ever in Tulsa, you have to visit this special place.  It is a wonderful cross between Curious Sofa in Kansas City and Nell Hill’s.  It it pure bliss..
