Very Thankful
Hello and happy Thanksgiving to All!! Things have been so crazy busy here. Today, I am Thankful for so many things, but number one on my list is the health of my 4 year-old son, Max. He has been in the St. Francis Children’s hospital with pneumonia. He was a very sick little boy. We were discharged yesterday, and he is home doing very well. We were so impressed with the staff and doctors at the Children’s Hospital. We can’t say enough about our experience. Max was so sick, but we knew he was in the best hands possible.
God is so good!!
Many Blessings to You and Yours,
Leslie

Wedding Shower
Laurel and I hosted a wedding shower last Saturday at Laurel’s house. Mercedes is the daughter of one of our very best friends. We had so much fun planning it, and it turned out so pretty.
We hung a small bouquet of roses on the door with the shower invitation attached.
Here is the food table minus the quiches. We had chocolate petit fours, nuts, mints, green and red apples, strawberries, and cream cheese fruit dip.
We also served lemon water and punch in beverage dispensers with pearl letters that represented her new last name.
Sister of the bride, Maid of Honor, and
Beautiful Bride to Be
We put one of our canvases on the food table for everyone to sign. This was a big hit, and she really loved it. Perfect for her new home…
Best Wishes and Much Happiness!

Honored-Amy Grant Necklace
A few weeks back, Amy Grant performed in Oklahoma. Like many of you, I grew up listening to her. Some of my favorite songs are: Saved By Love, Lead Me On, If These Walls Could Speak, I Will Remember You... I could go on and on. Oh, and don’t even get me started on her Christmas albums. They are my favorites. It’s just not Christmas without them.
Moving on.. Sis and I, and our sweet husbands, enjoyed her concert so much. Laurel and I laughed, cried, ( a lot) and danced the night away. What great memories came back to me! Many thoughts of my precious late father and growing up in a very small Oklahoma town. Life was so simple and easy. I was blessed in so many ways.
So, a friend was also attending the concert, and had the amazing opportunity to meet Amy after the show. She asked me to make her a necklace with all her children’s names on it. My friend gave it to Amy for her upcoming birthday this month. I was honored to create it for her, and Amy, if you’re reading this, (laughing really hard), I really hope you like it.
Happy Weekend to All!!

A Happy Halloween
We had a wonderful time with friends and family on Halloween night. Ben dressed up as Iron Man and Max was Buzz.
Here is my nephew as a super spooky Count Dracula and my little niece as Dorothy.
Sis, Noah and the BIL . He totally cracked me up!!
My BFF came with tons of goodies for the little ones. Thanks Aunt Becky!!
My mom came all dressed up too. Love the spooky glove!!
My friend Lisa came as Alice from Twilight. She was pale and very sparkly. She really pulled it off.
Our little goblins had a great time!!
