Talented Friends and Record Snowfall

 

I have very talented friends.  My friend Katherine makes these precious happy birthday tee-shirts.  I Love them!!  My boys will enjoy them all year long.

Also, my friend Lisa, made me this beautiful necklace for Christmas.  I love it!!  So much time and detail went into this..… 

 

Today, the boys are home from school.  We are having record amounts of snowfall here in Oklahoma.  We already have 12 inches, and it is continuing to fall.  My husband is a local veterinarian, so he traveled into to town this morning to take care of his sick puppies and kitties.  Along the way, he got stuck in a ditch, got pulled out, and now is looking at spending the night at the clinic. Our mini-van is buried in snow.   I think I would rather him stay there, then attempt to make the drive home.  People are abandoning their cars, and walking on foot to shelter.  Not good...
